HOW TO GET KTU ANSWER SHEET PHOTOCOPY @₹74
As the Results of exams came, there arise several questions from the side of KTU students such as:
"The evaluation is very tight, don't know whether I get a pass or fail "
"I don't get expected marks"
"I have doubt in the evaluation"...etc...
If there is any doubt in your results University gives us two options :
1)Apply for revaluation(presently at the amount six hundred rupees)
2)Taking the photocopy(presently at the amount Five hundred rupees)
These are the currently available options with approx cost of 500 rupees, But there is another simple option available that most of the students don't know. in this method, you will get photocopy at the rate of 74 rupees.
We will discuss getting the photocopy of your answer sheet at a low cost. That is because, once you get the photocopy of the corrected answer sheet, you can take that to your teacher to check where you have to get marks. That will also help you decide if you can go for the re-evaluation or not.
why don't you try this method instead of giving 500 rupees,
Most of you know about "RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT"
an act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for
citizens to secure access to information under the control of public
authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the
working of every public authority, the constitution of a central information
commission and state information commissions and for matters connected
therewith or incidental thereto.
Under this ACT, there is the right to get a photocopy of your answer sheet from the university. but most people didn't utilize the benefit of RTI properly. The main reason is the lack of knowledge about "How to get this benefit?" "What to write?" "whom to write?" "How to do the payment?"...
if we apply directly from KTU web portal photocopy will charge 500 rupees now and revaluation will charge 600 now and it will be refunded only if a certain mark is increased
But,
In this process, you will get photocopy at an amount ₹74
Application fees = ₹10
photocopy charge=32page ྾ 2perpage=₹64
Total=10+64=₹74

step 1:
Write a letter to the public relations officer(PRO) under the university, requesting photocopy...Including your Admission number, Exam date, Exam subject.

Mode of fee payment:
1. Demand Draft or Postal Order drew in favor of the Finance Officer, APJAKTU, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Online remittance to Account No. 67296754815 of the University at State Bank of India, Engineering College Branch, Thiruvananthapuram (IFS Code: SBIN0070268).you can use Google pay
